: Nonfunctioning pituitary adenomas (NPA) are prevalent neoplams from pituitary. The best treatment is the surgical approach but residual tumours are common. For residual tumours the options are radiotherapy (RT) and re-surgery. There are no significant studies testing drugs in NPA.
